About Us

Mr. Praveen Tiwari is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, (ICSI) having good experience in Litigation, Non-Litigation and Secretarial matters. He is a Practicing Company Secretary and founder of PRAVEEN TIWARI & ASSOCIATES, Company Secretaries, having head office at Mumbai and other associates in Delhi, Chennai, Ahmedabad and Indore.

He has served the industry for more than 10 years as Practicing Company Secretary. Thereafter, he laid his pioneering step in the arena in NCLT & NCLAT Practice.
