About Us

Mr. Praveen Tiwari is an Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, (ICSI) having good experience in Litigation, Non-Litigation and Secretarial matters. He is a Practicing Company Secretary and founder of PRAVEEN TIWARI & ASSOCIATES, Company Secretaries, having head office at Mumbai and other associates in Delhi, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Indore and Jaipur.

He has served the industry for more than 8 years as Practicing Company Secretary. Thereafter, he laid his pioneering step in the arena in NCLT & NCLAT Practice. He is actively associated with Centre for Corporate Governance, Research and Training (CCGRT) of ICSI.
